How long do the sessions last?
Each session lasts between 50 - 60 minutes.
What if I can not make my appointment?
I do require 24 hours notice if you cannot make your appointment otherwise you will be charged for the full session.
If you are booked in for a face to face appointment and cannot make it, you can have a telephone appointment during that time.
What about confidentiality?
Yes confidentiality is always maintained to Industry Standards and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998
How many sessions do I need?
The number of session you may need is dependent on your presenting problems and what you would like to work on and can be estimated at your initial assessment session.
